Primetime is always very helpful. Both Steve and his colleague are experienced watchmakers capable of handling routine battery exchanges, cracked or scratched crystal replacements, and fitting new movements. We have worked with Steve for many years and are confident that Primetime will efficiently manage these routine tasks at a reasonable cost.
IMPORTANT: While Steve can routinely handle tasks such as replacing crystals, swapping batteries, and replacing movements, please contact us in advance if your watch requires any other replacement parts. If your watch is sent to Steve at Primetime for something beyond his scope, it will need to be returned to you, incurring additional postal costs and wasted time. Determining the correct service location from the outset saves unnecessary expenses and delays. Below is a summary of the items Primetime can routinely handle:
Please note: Some repairs may require sending your watch directly to another location, especially if it is a discontinued model. Even for watches we produced in the 1970s and 80s, we can still offer solutions to get your watch back in working order. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns about your repair needs. You can reach our service and support team here.
